Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using LLEXIS, you agree to these terms. If you are using LLEXIS on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that institution to these terms.

Accounts and access

Students must be approved by a teacher or administrator before joining a class. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to access another user's submissions or feedback without authorization, interfering with the service, or uploading unlawful content.

Ownership of content

You retain ownership of the assignments, rubrics, and submissions you upload. Generated feedback is provided as a drafting aid — instructors remain responsible for reviewing and releasing feedback to students.

Disclaimer and liability

LLEXIS is provided "as is." Generated feedback may contain errors and should be reviewed before release. To the extent permitted by law, LLEXIS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
