LLEXIS ("we", "us") provides rubric-driven feedback tools for health sciences educators and their students. This policy describes what information we collect through the platform, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Account information such as name and email address when you sign in; content you upload, including assignments, rubrics, and student submissions; and usage data such as pages visited and actions taken within the platform, used for security logging and audit trails.

How we use information

To operate the platform, generate rubric-based feedback, maintain the audit trail of drafts and revisions, secure accounts, and communicate service-related updates. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

Submissions, feedback drafts, and revision history are retained for as long as your institution's account remains active, to preserve the audit trail. You can request deletion by contacting us below.
